Zakat is an institution intimately tied up to the fiscal policies and roled to remove inequality in the Muslim society. Its application is not confined to a day or two but goes beyond a year.

The various aspects of Islam, ideological, spiritual, legal, social, political, are mutually consistent and Muslims to occupy themselves with worship only, but they are to work hard for the sake of furthering and implementing all its (Islam) various aspects in all walks of life and creating the best Muslim society and promoting it.

“it is He who produceth gardens, with trellises and without, and dates, and tilth with produce of all kinds, and olives and pomegranates, similar(in kind) and different (in variety): Eat of their fruit in their season, but render the dues that are proper on the day that the harvest is gathered. But waste not by excess: for Allah loveth not the wasters”. (sura 6: verse 141)

Auction:Traditional-Modern Before the Law

We can conclude that there are several chronologies in auctioning on Modern Way(Internet)and Traditional way. It is on the operation of offer-acceptance and valid contract established.

The said chronologies are as follows:
a) Offer- The bidders made a bid (the last and highest bids).
b) Acceptance- On the closed day of an auctioning as against the auctioneer.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, section 57(2), the general rule is that the
auctioneer’s request for bids is an invitation to treat, and each bid is an offer. This section covered the traditional auction as an illustration for the concept of the modern auction today. It is:

a) Offer- The bidders made a bid (the last and highest bids).
b) Acceptance – On the fall of hammer.

So, at last, all the principles behind the traditional auction were applicable towards the modern auction neither on what it is named.
The principle were on:
Harris v. Nickerson (1873)-Advertisement was just An invitation to treat.
Payne v. Cave (1789)-The auction may revoke before the fall of hammer.
Section 3 of the Contract Act-offer&acceptance on its communication

-Not dependent; free; not subject to control by others; not relying on others; not subordinate; as, few men are wholly independent.

Independence on Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary:
-independence (from sb/sth) (of a country) freedom from political control by other countries.

Independence in Islam
-not almightying each others except to the God(Allah); in ALL aspects of life.

Now......What independence means to you?

p/s: we are not a slave for each of us, we are slave just for Allah the Almighty God.

What Happen To Muslim? And Whats Wrong.....

Now, the Muslims from all around the world are attracting the attention from the world. What happen to Muslim? They are fasting together, hungering together and hoping the bless together. Who can stop this? Neither Capitalist nor Communist can stop the uniting of the Muslims all around the world. What happen to Muslims? They are uniting under the true system,true religion. Capitalist and Soviet Union are nothing toward the Muslims. What happen to Muslim? They are undefeated from the ancient till recent.
Whats wrong with Muslim? Some of them just following(taqlid) until they didn't know the price of their Ibadah. As a result, no positive implication appear from what they are practising. Whats wrong with Muslim? They have their own holy book, but they just make it as a decoration in their home, as a competition in reading it. They did not practising what have been instruct in the said holy book.
Come on my brothers, let us ponder it together as a correction and not a controversion.
p/s: We have One God.

Malaysia Is Ready For the Complete Freedom of Speech

Article 10 of Malaysian Federal Constitution (FC) provides to the Malaysians rights to speech, assembly and association.
Article 10 gives a clear explanation about this right. According to the article 10 clause (1), subject to clauses (2), (3) & (4)-
(a) every citizen has the right to freedom of speech and expression;
(b) all citizens have the right to assemble peaceably and without arms;
(c) all citizens have the right to form associations.

Now we can see whether this right being understood firmly by Malaysians or not. I did not mean to make a new interpretation for this article (statute). But I will make an interpretation from the Malaysians behaviors.

I think they (Malaysians) are ready for the complete freedom of speech. The rational is, we can see nowadays there were many responses from the citizens towards issues arose in this country. Really make us realized that we must do something to update our mentality and to celebrate this good transformation in our citizens. We must not see the situations as a liability of the country but we have to turn our sight whereby these situations actually were the beautiful assets of the country.

The point is we must make a transformation to the ways the expression being expressed. We cannot stand statically where we were stood at 70 years before while the worlds have changes thousands.

There were many responses from the citizens nowadays for many issues arose even the issue of ‘sleeping’, ‘food’ and others. To celebrate these ‘assets’, we must approach them with the complete freedom of speech. We can see the relevancy of this complementation upon two mechanisms of expressions in our country and it is:

Demonstrations
This is the most popular mechanism among Malaysians.
This was called as ‘active expressions’.
Nowadays Malaysians were not using this mechanism to express on their own benefits but they were expressing the ‘citizens’ benefits itself.
Example:

(a) Dato Onn Jaafar’s demonstrations for the independent application from British-for the whole citizens benefits
(b) Baling Demonstration about the food issue and poverty problems amongst citizens-for the whole citizens benefits
(c) BERSIH demonstration to ensure the transparency of the general election in Malaysia and to response for the corruption problems in this country-for the whole citizen’s benefits.
(d) HINDRAF demonstration to the poverty problems, economic systems and birocracy problems for the poor peoples in Malaysia neither Malays/Indians/Chinese/indigenous/others-for the whole citizens’ benefits.
(e) Palestine’s demonstration to response to the world crime towards third world countries.

There were many examples that no need for me to explain here whereas we already know about it.

Problems:

Those people where some of them were arrested because we understand that Malaysia did not practicing the complete freedom of speech as practiced by England, Austria, United States of America, Columbia, Russia and others.
Their relations have to face the social surviving problems as regard to the ‘arrestation’.
The citizen still standing in their last position where they cannot get what they really hope before.

Results:

The freedom of citizens being limited from day to day.
The confident of citizens towards governor also limited from day to day.
The citizens forced to make some changes in their lives to secure their social surviving activities.
Investors will not confident to us because they know that they will not get what they want from us here.
Our country will face problems in economics, politics and socials.

Adam Smith on its behalf produced to us from its brain a system called capitalism. Lets we see what he got for us.

The trades must be consistent with capital-basis. Meaning, neither the trader is our enemy nor friends, just enough if they can proof that they will profit us.

The loan banking must be in ‘subprima’ principle. He doesn’t mention the capacity of the borrower. Resulting many loan unpaid because not all borrower were in ability position to pay back the ‘subprima’ loan.

Federal Reserve of the country is build of capitals and profits for the country. But what is the answer if politics body gets interfered to the state’s economy system.

The interest bases loan will profit a lot to a bank. But how if a company which is borrowing the loan and the company cannot pay back to the bank until the interest of the loan was too high and flying over the assets of that company? That time if the bank wanted to mortgage the company it is too late because the assets cannot pay back the loan and interests.

Lastly, we can see this system is facing to a destiny. The destiny is destruction. World cannot stay with this economic system anymore.

The real example is as happened in US.

As we know a long time ago, US was too depending on this system but what the systems pay to US?

US have to face many bankrupt companies in its state. They have to find other market to make them survive economically. That’s why they trying to order for another war.

Unfortunately, the problem is in the system. You change your system meaning you change your destiny.

Honestly, I am attracted with Islamic economic system. Now I am making a research about it.

On my first impression towards this system seems to be an answer to all the problems in economy world.

There are some principles that guide us to the right path on economic system in this world.
